These people are theives. I'm busy and didn't notice they snuck in a monthly maintenence fee. They send so much junk mail that you can't tell the difference between junk mail and policy change...

Disappointed. 3 tellers but only one was assisting customers. Other two administrators, were sitting in cubicles not on phones or with customers. I thought one was finally coming over to assist....
