Founded in 1974, the University United Methodist Child Development Center has grown within the community and congregation to be one of the most well-respected and progressive early childhood day care programs in Las Vegas. As a mission of the church, this program currently serves approximately 60 families. Our children range from infants to kindergartners, and represent a wide variety of ethnic, racial, linguistic, and religious backgrounds. Our center utilizes developmentally appropriate practices established by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). This developmental philosophy allows children to learn naturally through their play.

This is an all inclusive but older congregation. No family or children oriented programs. Hope they are able to get new and younger members so they can grow.
