Today I visited the Bible Way location to complete a transaction. The lady at the counter Nattaly, made no effort to help me complete my transaction. I did not feel valued at this bank location.

UFCU allowed $7,000+ to be directly taken out of my checking account. They reimbursed me $5,000. I am finding another credit union. Please save your money and do the same.

I was a customer for about 30 years and for the first time didn't have a loan, checking or savings over $300 with them and now they're charging me $3 to be a member. WTF! Gone now and never...
