Western Air Federal Credit Union was established in the late 1940's to offer a better and more affordable banking option to airline employees. In the 1980's the name was simplified to Western Federal Credit Union to offer banking services to more companies throughout the country. I cannot get a hold of anyone from that handles their employees 401k account. My husband passed away and no one returns my calls. Maybe their banking is OK but not the 401k department.

I would give lower rating if I could Paid off a loan and they still continue to take payments then I have to go to bank and pick up and take to my bank Over 7 phone calls to corporate after 1st...
