We are an estate planning and business formation law firm. We set up trusts, plan for death and incapacity or handle the probate of estates with no planning. We also set up new businesses and draft agreements between owners. We serve as the registered agent for businesses so they don't have to worry about renewals or getting serve court papers at work. I am the second generation attorney in this company, my dad was the first.
