TrueCare Treatment Centers provides a full co-occurring continuum of care for adults and seniors in Nevada. It provides inpatient detox (18 + years old), ambulatory detox (18+ years old), partial hospitalization program (7-11/12-17/18+ years old), intensive outpatient program (7-11/12-17/18+ years old) and general counseling services (5 and up). Our philosophy is that addiction is a disease that impacts the entire family. Family involvement in treatment is an important part of positive treatment outcomes. TrueCare clinicians utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), schema therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), and other evidence-based practices. Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants offer psychiatry and addiction medicine services including Suboxone. We understand how challenging it can be to obtain abstinence and long term recovery from addiction, we are here to guide our clients through their journey to recovery. This is why our continuum of care is designed to reduce the number of barriers individuals have in accessing care.
