Torn Arts Tattoo Studio & Art Gallery was established by owner/artist Candice Liberty in May of 2013. We specialize in custom pieces, cover ups, and portraits. Each of our skilled artists takes care and time in creating your unique tattoo with understanding that each piece is personal and meaningful to each client. We provide a clean, friendly, and fun atmosphere!! We accept walk-ins, appointments, and do not require a minimum charge! Also on display in the Art Gallery are the featured works of Candice Liberty. Her bright, colorful, and fantastical paintings are also featured in her book
