Enjoy our Condominium Resort nestled among lush landscaping and rolling lawns. We are your home away from home in Sparks, NV, adjacent to the east side of Reno and just north of the Reno-Tahoe Airport. We have renovated almost all of our condominiums in 2019 and offer both one bedroom units of nearly 600 sq. ft., with fully equipped kitchens and large flat screen TVs, as well as beautifully appointed, two story, two bedroom townhouses of nearly 1200 sq. ft. in size. For the enjoyment and safety of all guests, the Resort maintains a clear “No Pets Allowed” policy. All units offer conventional ovens, cook tops and fridges, as well as microwaves and dishwashers. Each unit is supplied with plates, glasses and utensils. All you need to bring are your own food and your own coffee, tea, or beverages of your choice. For those who do not wish to cook, there are many great restaurants in the area and seasonally there are numerous food festivals, such as the famous rib cook-off and Italian fest.
