We are located within the Peccole Ranch area, right behind the Firefly restaurant on Sahara. Peccole Ranch has has five miles of jogging trails along with their tennis courts. The Wellington is proud to provide the highest quality of apartment home for your housing needs. We offer an exciting new look for our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes that have recently completed a full renovation of the apartment homes to include new stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, crown molding through out as well as new carpet. The clubhouse consists of a brand new business center for all of our residents to enjoy, along with a very large exercise room that includes free weights and a wet/dry sauna. On the property we have the most beautiful pool area that has a seperate area for the jacuzzi. Adjacent to this area is our barbeque area that is available for your use.
