Wow wow wow! All I can say is That this UPS store is a BREATH OF FRESH AIR!! Iv lived in the east side my whole life and have came into this store before and it was awful and I even avoided it....

Don't even bother trying to call this place they will be useless and the 2 people I spoke to 1 of which was the manager are so absurdly incompetent and don't even know their own stores procedures...
