We got a new lick of paint on the interior and what a difference it makes. Yes the association assessments have increased, but honestly it's worth it. The services in this building are IMHO excellent.

Super friendly staff, the units here are very spacious the city views are a definite plus too! Super close to good entertainment and Fremont street. Great place downtown!
