I would do whatever you can to avoid bringing your loved one here. No assistance without complaint. Actually consider residents to be inconvenient.

NOT GOOD. My brother was a resident for some time. Management here permits smoking close to entrance where TV lounge for residents is right by the smokers outside. The smoke drifts in as doors...
