As of yesterday, a 20-year client has walked away from using: car wash, oil change, smog check and gas... all based on ONE bad manager by the name of Andrew at the Pecos and Wigwam location....

The car wash is ok. It's the cashier on the Chevron side that needs to be looked into. He keys in the amount for whatever food/drink purchase you're making, but he keys the price in differently...
