The Nevada Supreme Court is a part of the Nevada judicial system. The court s constitutional functions include reviewing appeals from the decisions of the district courts. It also affirms, modifies and sets aside decisions on appeal. The court offers decisions on various cases through its meeting in three justice panels located in Carson City, Nev., and Las Vegas. It appoints more than five chief justices and its opinions are published in an annual volume entitled Nevada Reports. Located in Carson City, the court s various programs and projects include court interpreters program, court improvement project and judicial education. It has a library that provides legal materials in several formats, including print, CD-ROMs and online sources.

Beautiful grounds. Everyone you see is friendly and says hello. Great history. Just walking through seeing everything was great.

This is a gorgeous courthouse. In the front, there's a park with trees displaying myriads of color: orange, red, yellow. Inside, there's a brown hued courtroom with seven seats for the justices...
