The customer service is excellent. They are busy so if they don't answer leave a message and they WILL call you back. I learned a lot about my allergies and how to take care of them.

Place is a joke!! You call and call no matter what time it is and NO ONE answers the phones. Then you leave voicemails and they never get back to you. Crazy way of running an establishment.
