Summer Place was Established in 1978 and has had one owner since this time. Summer Place prides itself on satisfying the tenants' maintenance needs as well as it's Wi-Fi Network, being one of the first Las Vegas communities to offer this service as well as technology education at no cost to it's tenants.

Summer Place is the only apartment complex on the East-side pleased to offer FREE Wi-Fi service in all of our units. We're known for having one of the quietest and calmest complexes as well. Management will assist and educate any tenant on using their existing or soon to own technology to obtain great value like access their favorite T.V. shows or movies.
