My main gripe about this place is they automatically charge you a 20% gratuity without telling you before hand. I am happy to tip at the end of good service but I certainly don't believe in this...

I've loved this spa for 7-8years now...the facials are always fabulous. Sadly I'll be looking for a new spa as the products in the bathrooms/showers are not great. They smell like strong/cheap...

Only water and tea at the spa no snacks and they had a green juice which I didn't like it was sweet. They also offered champagne. Got a 60-minute balancing massage with Oran he was great soft...

Great service and amenities. My husband and I had a couples massage. It was excellent. We also enjoyed using the pool area before our service.
