Came in around 4. Three employees working. Put in an order for 5 drinks, not many others there and a couple in the drive through (order went through at 3:59, didn't leave til 4:25). Waited over 20...

Service is ok but hey it's Starbucks. It's known everywhere . Sometimes the feel is good sometimes not. Wait isn't that long and their food is meh.

Terrible... i was waiting in the ORDER counter for about 10 minutes to get coffee and snacks, and not a single employee asked for my order or to wait a little longer out of the SEVEN employees...

Nice staff. They are friendly and make good drinks. The staff in gardnerville are not nice. It's a nicer experience at this Starbucks.
