Skip this Starbucks and go to the Starbucks in Costco parking lot. They really do need training on customer service. I have gone to this Starbucks multiple times (over 10 times) to pickup a phone...

Lack luster service. Need to wake up and acknowledge paying customers. No smiles, no genuine greeting. They seemed like robots. Do better!
