Closed community but poor customer service and way to many dog barking, expensive and always dumpsters are full, maintenance are nonexistent, just across the voila bar with plenty of parking there...

The apartments are old, ugly, and not well maintained. The cheap linoleum flooring gets "spot repaired" if there is damage between tenants, so you can see obvious, ugly squares where repairs were...
