How can they send a bill and be permanently closed? Also any address for them is sketchy as there are quite a few...I won't make a payment to a business who is no longer available..Calls go...

I have left multiple messages on billing phone number, no response. my first bill is for services a year ago, and want to verify this bill/charges since I paid a bill a year ago to Sparks...

Website says permanently closed. They never return calls and do not have a billing system to make payment. I have called numerous times and it's always leave a message
