When you schedule an appointment by phone and they text you where to go it just said SimonMed northwest no street address no phone number and there are a lot of simonmed imaging in the northwest...

It was my first time going to get imaging and when I did my appointment, the lady who was helping me was very disingenuous and rude to me (She got my email, my name and my gender wrong on purpose....
