I have just been to this business and there is a note on the door that Winnie has closed her shop. We will miss her very much in Boulder City!

Can do attitude. She can help out in a pinch. Best in the valley. I had a suit that needed to be altered that day for an evening event and she said she could do it and did it! Crazy!
