It all started about 20 years ago with my cheese skirt Scottaco
Specialties
I specialize in making my authentic style of tacos. Al Pastor on the trompo, carne asada char grilled and chicken slow braised. Along with the traditional meats I offer tacos and burritos that include cheese skirts cooked fresh on the flat top. One of these tacos is the Scottaco, meat of choice wrapped in a semi crispy semi gooey cheese skirt, wrapped in 2 street style tortillas and topped with onion, cilantro and avacado sauce!! One if my favorite things to make is the Trust Me Burrito, you tell me what you dont like then you just have to trust me!

Scottacos is a very new business and it shows unfortunately. The crew is very nice, but incredibly slow and mismanaged. I waited an hour and ten minutes for three tacos, while my co-worker waited...

Scottacos Is a fantastic taco truck I have had almost everything on there menu, I recommend the Scottaco that's my favorite. He also have a Facebook page @Scottacos. Again I totally recommend...
