To many homeless needles drugs everywhere.like people were saying it's not a park it's a homeless shelter and it looks nice but it's scary because I got offered drugs one time

This place is not a park, it's a homeless shelter. They are all over the ( what's used to be a) Park with large carts and households. They approached me which I don't like. Some look really gross...
