I came to this Ross to let them know that one of my items wasn't put in my bag I noticed when I got home I drove back 25 min to get there just so she could show me the video that the cashier put...

Do not go to this Ross you spend money here and they do not let you use the restroom that is unacceptable all others Ross stores do take care of their customers but not this one!

I went to the store tonight for a return..I walked in and only one person was in line..I said " I have a return"..The guy said" You're going the wrong way"..Really rude..I said " Oh which way is...

This location is on the corner or Hayes and Decatur. The store is clean and well maintained, but the customer service is lackluster. They seemed to be well staffed today with 5 people behind...
