My husband and I have lived here for a year and are starting our second year lease. I'm not sure why it has such horrible reviews because most of what I've experienced is just typical rental life....

Be aware that they falsely advertise that their apartment are available. Also they steal money for apartments that are not available. The office staff are rude and have bad attitudes.

this complex has no employee loyalty they work the few maintenance techs until they are ready to drop. they have half the amount of maintenance personnel needed for this size complex.

Lovely for the money! They run a tight ship. All the staff are efficient and kind. Service is responsive. It's a contemporary designed apartment in the 70's. If you are realistic about its age...
