Our Mission Statement - At Rooter Rite, we're committed to providing the highest level of customer service, and with over 25 years of experience working directly with managers and management companies, we know what that means. It means having the right personnel, with the proper training and the best equipment available for our customers. It means keeping owners and managers informed and up to date on the status of each and every service call. It also means taking the opportunity to educate homeowners and tenants on ways to avoid future drain problems. It doesn't mean turning a minor plumbing problem or a clogged drain into a major repair at the customer's expense. We can't promise that you'll never need to replace a water heater or repair a drain line, but we can promise this; at Rooter Rite we will make every effort to service & maintain existing systems at the lowest possible price. No matter the source of the problem, our team will be on the job to clean, clear and inspect your drain lines. That's not all we do, though. We are a fully licensed plumbing company. We can service and replace your water heater, and we even have a gas certification (Manometer) license. As a veteran-owned and-led company, there's nothing we feel more strongly about than providing transparent, honest, and quality customer service.
