History

I've been a Realtor in Las Vegas since 2001, but before that I worked for 16 years in video production and advertising, creating promotional sales materials, electronic media and television programming for clients ranging from Ford Aerospace to Fabulous Freddy's Carwash. I created and placed print, internet, radio and television advertising in local and national outlets based on market research of each client's individual characteristics. As a real estate broker I've been able to utilize that same skill set when developing a marketing plan for the homes I sell. I examine the price segment, physical location and market activity to determine what forms of advertising will be most effective, as well as where those materials will have the most impact.

I am a Las Vegas native and am the Broker/Owner of Polaris Realty and have a 5 star rating on Trulia. I have been helping house hunters and home sellers as a full time Realtor in Las Vegas since 2001 and have received a 5 star rating from Trulia/Zillow users. During that time I have seen the market go from a balanced environment to a seller dominated market, then a buyer dominated market to a distressed market dominated by institutional buyers and sellers to the recovering market we have today. I've helped negotiate sales and purchases of everything from fifty thousand dollar condominiums to three million dollar luxury homes and have worked in every nook and cranny of Las Vegas and Henderson. I have over a decade of experience marketing my client's homes for sale, effectively negotiating contracts and learning the ins and outs of exactly what it takes to make sure that what we put into escrow comes out on the other side as a successfully closed transaction. My job as your Realtor is to help you make sense of the inordinate amount of data now available on the web and put you in the best possible position to buy or sell your home in the most advantageous way available.
