At times, no one answers the phone. How can I communicate with my caregiver if no one is there. Not very professional. I like my N.P. but not the office service.

The care is fine but the office policies are disrespectful. For example, if you make at appointment for 705am, your actual appointment is not until 720am. If I'd known this, I would not have...
