A couple days after I moved out I called and was told by management that my account was settled and paid, and I wouldn't owe them anything except for (everyone's) mandatory cleaning fee taken out...

Not a great place to live. They don't allow you to personalize your door, let alone potted plants outside of your apartment. Sad place and expensive for no amenities.
