History

We started this company to set out to prove that homeowners and/or board of directors could feel more like an individual that is being paid attention to rather than a number. We refuse to use automated answering services or phone trees, as this makes the individual feel unimportant. Prestige was set up with the mindset that every HOA's dynamics are very different and cannot be lumped together with another HOA just because it is convenient for the manager. The new trend for management companies is to pack its staff full of provisional managers and only a couple of supervisory community managers, this creates headaches for boards and homeowners due to the provisional managers lack of experience, this should not be the case. While there is a need to train provisional managers, they should not make up the bulk of the company's management. Personalized, courteous and helpful service is our goal.
