The wait to be seat was 30 minutes standing there and none of the workers even acknowledged us. Not even an estimate time of how long of a wait.

Food is pretty good. Standard casino coffee shop stuff. Service is sometimes slow but it's usually because they're understaffed. Wait staff is very friendly.

Horrible management all around. The worst I've seen. I know from experience that they care more about customers gambling and spending their money than they do about the customer in general.
