Good school. Obe of the best in Nevada. Good demographics. Excellent teachers but your kids must be living inside the school zone if you want them to attend this school.

Palo Verde High School, founded in 1996, offers education to more than 3,000 students in grades nine through 12. Its curriculum includes subjects, such as world history, foreign languages, business, English, social studies, mathematics, science and physical education. The school s subjects also include 3-D animation and graphics, accounting, anatomy, physiology, applied communications, computer applications and business communications. It offers a wide range of services that include job training and placement, academic guidance, career counseling and financial assistance. The sports activities provided by the school include baseball, basketball, bowling, cheerleading, cross country, football, soccer, golf and tennis. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, including art, band and dance. Palo Verde High School is located in Las Vegas.

First off most of the teachers are great. The problem lies with administration. The counseler we will call Mrs. B is horrible and does not help address the needs of students. Just a little more...
