Just locked the door as we were walking up. Supposed to be open for 40 more minutes. It's only 8:20 pm. They literally saw us walking up and hurried and locked the door.

Lazy employees. Totally understand if you don't know the answer to something vs sitting behind the registered waiting to check people out. Zero effort. Guys here are glorified cashiers

Even though our battery was dying, it was still under warranty. The assistant mgr. Alex didn't hesitate to help us find a replacement and he removed the dying battery and replaced/installed it...
