They Do Not Honor Express Passes from Other Locations , Even though the pass itself says All Locations. Both Times Ive came here they Only have 1 Person doing Vitals, Very Unprofessional!

Place is awful! They have barely any employees so a process that should take an hour or so takes 3 hrs+ because of the staff shortage.

This place was operating fairly smoothly, but once again they are down to two employees working here. Not sure why they refuse to hire more help. A normal visit for a returning donor is 2 1/2...

I wish they paid more like CSL. It's clean and folks are nice. It gets busy and long lines. Make sure you call and find out how busy if your schedule is tight.
