History
Spiritt.llc was established in the state of Nevada in 2013. Previous to Spiritt Noel operated as a SP in the state of California. Working as a personal trainer and Massage Therapist Noel has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness field. Massage therapy is a great addition to my Fitness practice and has allowed me to help people better them selves in yet another manner. Massage therapy training programs focus on the modalities of massage, anatomy,kinesiology,physiology, the study of tissues and organs, body mechanics and business ethic all things needed to better myself and help others.
Specialties
Therapeutic Massage is not limited to any particular specific technique. I incorporate several approaches in my practice, including but not limited to the following: Muscle Activation Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Taping, PNF Stretching Techniques, Deep Tissue Sports Massage and Hot Stone included for a more relaxing approach.
