Used to live there. Love the is place specially the pool and gym on the roof top. Walking distance to a lot of local spots. Best high rise in town!

Agree with other reviews Very soundproof walls. I never hear my neighbors. Beautiful views. Building is very energy efficient--my electric bills are almost nothing! Maintenance fees are quite low...
