The shop was open and no other customers were in the shop but the barber, in broken English, refused to cut my hair. Still puzzled as to why anyone would refuse to cut a paying customer's hair.

excellent haircut. nothing trendy or fancy, i.e. old school and normal. $20 but haircut is done well. only open sat, mon, tues, 9-6.
