Born and raised in Taiwan, Heather - Shinyu initially came to the US to pursue higher education. After obtaining two masters degrees, Heather became a certified public accountant in 2007. She now operates her own accounting practice, Genesis Solutions CPA. Through her CPA practice, she has assisted numerous small business owners with business financial and tax planning. For individual taxpayers, she also provides services such as tax preparation, tax planning, retirement planning, and childrens education fund planning.Prior to establishing her own CPA practice, Heather served in senior leadership roles for various private companies. Her experience spans across diverse industries, including casinos, not-for-profit organizations, food and beverage, tech startups, and the Cryptocurrency Infrastructure Corporation.
