I used to use the commissary as my primary grocery stop. Now with discontinued items and prices matching Walmart and Safeway on a lot of stables it's hard to continue going to the base to shop.

It is a small commissary. But they try there best to do with what they have. Some times they are not stocked as good as they should be. I don't know who is to blame for this. Have been going there...

go there every 3 months. i get all my staples there . it;s cheaper then going out side to other stores. what i send is better then a full tank of gas.
