Nanny on the Spot, formerly known as Dial-A-Granny, is the newest incarnation of a long and established Au Pair/Nanny service in the Greater Las Vegas area. Established in Los Angeles in the 1980's, Nanny on the Spot was founded by the aunt of our Director. We began our Las Vegas service circa 1989.
