History
I started Modern Body Wellness with just cupping services and did the majority at the physical therapy place I was working at. Later I started learning more about holistic healing and added wood therapy to create a more diverse treatment environment. I sprinkle in functional training, stretching, and myofascial release to create the most holistic bodywork session.
Specialties
I have over 5 years experience in a physical therapy setting dealing with muscle imbalances and biomechanics. My education in kinesiology coupled with my time in physical therapy has given me great experience in pain management and functional training.
