A very long story. In a nutshell, I don't trust their service department anymore. They didn't finish work on an insurance claim, and I ended up finishing the work myself after their service...

Miguel has revamped the service department and after a year or so of hard work and big changes, he's got a fine oiled machine. Hohl RV Service department now definitely cares about their guests....
