Maria's K-9 Spa is owned by Maria Johnston. Maria started her career at Shirley's Valley Grooming in Gardnerville, NV. Maria was trained by Shirley Plante and worked there approx. 5 years before coming to Carson City as the proud new owner of Maria's K-9 Spa. Formerly Carol's Grooming Shop, the location has served Carson for over 11 years...and we intend to stay many many more! We strive to create a stress-free environment and exceed any expectations you have for your K9 companions.

We specialize in providing your pet with a spa quality experience. Your companion will come home clean, looking fabulous, and above all...happy. We make sure every client is as content and calm as possible for the grooming process and try our hardest to make sure each experience is positive. We go above and beyond any normal groomer. Maria's K-9 spa is the BEST! Our Zuchon, Mitzi loves her biweekly spa date. So pretty and pampered after her visits and loves to see her buddies there!
