History
Lucid Anatomy was started by working owner and trainer, Jordan Walters. After working at multiple chain gyms Jordan grew unsatisfied with the lack of quality knowledge, memories, and overall value that people were receiving. In 2018, this would eventually lead to the formation of Lucid Anatomy, LLC in an effort to improve the quality of health professionals and fight back against gyms that always seem to expand too quickly and favor quantity over quality.
Specialties
Our certified personal trainer and founder is specialized in women's fitness, corrective exercise, group training, weight loss, and strength training and our registered dietitian specializes in diets such as the atkins diet, the ketogenic diet, the mediterranean diet, paelo diets, and both vegan or vegetarian diets.
