This is called a park but it really isn't a park. It is the surroundings of the library buildings, where 2 picnic tables and some fitness gear is set up. A trail also runs by.

I've been to Library Park a few times with my fur kid. There's an open grassy area for dogs, kids and even cats to run. Something I thought was interesting is that the sign with the park rules on...
