Paid 300 took 3and 1/2 hours and my refund was less than it's ever been by 75 %. I went to Liberty in Hawaii paid 50 bucks and here in Nevada was the worst experience.

431$ to do my taxes and then told me he had to "ask a manager" if my account could pay it when I've been paying it like that for 13 years. Then proceeds to give me a receipt saying I didn't pay...
