Assistant Lorraine lacks phone ethics - does not identify herself on the phone unless you ask her name. Needs a lot of training. And does not know the scope of her boss' practice areas when asked...

Don't ever go to this law office. If I would rate them I would give them 0 star. Useless attorney! I came here to ask for help regarding my car accident, they accept my case and gave me false...
