Southwest Behavioral Health Services, also known as SBH, is a nonprofit behavioral health provider organization that was established in 1969 and is located in Phoenix. SBH is governed by a board of directors and serves Phoenix metropolitan area, rural western Maricopa County, northern Gila County and Pinal County in Arizona. It offers a wide variety of services, including treatment of co-occurring disorders, prevention services and recovery model for individuals with serious mental illness. SBH is also known as a nationally certified trainer for the FAST prevention program.
